Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Dogs will require a fenced yard. Little Rudy is a sweet, lovable little guy. He was taken in by our shelter when it was discovered that his owner had died and no one was taking care of him. He's a terrier mix, and only weighs 11.6 lb.
Our shelter spays and neuters every animal before they go out and they are up to date on all vaccinations, worming, flea preventatives and heartworm preventatives.
