Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. This is an awesome dog, who follows you everywhere. He goes to barn at his foster home, waits till you care for horses, then follows you back to house. He never causes problems, and friendly to everyone. If you aren't careful when you open car door, he will get in because he wants to go wherever you go!  He was starving when he showed up at foster home, but responded quicly to good food and is doing great now. His estimated date of birth is 10/01/2012.He has housetrained himself and spends some time indoors at his foster home.  

All our dogs have been spayed or neutered, and up to date on vaccinations, heartworm preventative, flea and tick preventative.  they receive lots of loving care and we give them as much socialization as we can.
