Oscar is the very sweetest, happiest little Yorkshire terrier you’ve ever seen.  But, he has been through a lot in his short life.  We think he is 2 to 3 years old.  He has thyroid problems, so will have to take thyroid meds every day for the rest of his life.  He also has flea allergies so anyone who adopts him will have to be very careful to make sure there are no fleas around.  He had a previous owner who didn’t handle his skin problems very well, and he has had hair loss on most of his body; some of which may not come back.  He is very cute and lively but his back and other areas have very little hair growing.  He will need to be adopted by someone who has a very big heart, and is willing to deal with these problems and additional expense.  He is in a foster home and being well taken care of, but if you are interested in taking him, he is a love.  Email us at Dogsncats11@gmail.com or call 662-564-2900 if you are interested in applying for this special needs dog.
