Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Hi, I’m Macy and I love running and dancing around a bit  caz I’m rather high spirited.  But after all, I’m only 6 mos. Old.   The volunteers told me I’m gettin’ a makeover next week, but I thought I already looked elegant. Oh well. I’ve been in a couple of homes already but I guess I was too lively for them so ended up at the shelter, but the  volunteers here have assured me they ‘ll find me a really great home, where I can have long walks and snuggle with humans, get good treats and good love!  I so hope they are right.  I’m ready to settle down with a real family and hopefully even have my own bed! Wow.  I like playing with other dogs too.  I’ll  try hard to get along with your other pets. Promise.
