Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Miles is a very special boy. He was found on a road with a leg injury and had to have his left front leg amputated. He had surgery around the middle of August so is still adjusting to having 3 legs, but he is doing very well. He always wags his tail and loves, loves attention from humans. He will be an awesome pet for someone who can give him special attention. He will need a fenced yard and a home where someone is home lots.
