Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Dogs will require a fenced yard. This is a sweet special girl who enjoys attention. She was passed around a bit in the first few months of her life so got a little stressed and had some demodectic mange. She has been treated now and hair is growing back in nicely. Once she is in an established home, she should be fine with a normal routine. She is a beautiful blue gray color with eyes the same color. With a little work, Blue will be a great family dog. She is currently in a foster home.
All our dogs have been spayed or neutered, and up to date on vaccinations, heartworm preventative, flea and tick preventative. they receive lots of loving care and we give them as much socialization as we can.
